The paper submission system has been closed.
Paper Preparation  
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers written in English that are 2-4 pages in length for review. Only original papers that have not been published earlier or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The minimum acceptable paper length is 2 pages. All papers must be formatted in two-column IEEE format (single spaced and 10-point font for text) including figures. The conference maintains the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are longer than 4 pages. All figures, tables, references, etc. are included within the page limit.
- The Technical Program Committee encourages submission of original, unpublished, clear, accurate, and relevant papers in any of the topic areas listed on the right.

- All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee and selected for either oral presentation or poster presentation.

- Authors will be asked to submit their papers via the online submission system by March 15th, 2016 at (23:59 PST).
 
- Authors should keep in mind that:
All submitted manuscript must be written in English and limited to 4 pages with two columns per page. The minimum acceptable paper length is 2 pages. (2–4 pages in IEEE two column format).
They must agree to the copyright conditions available as part of the online submission process.
All papers will be peer reviewed by the Technical Program Committee, which reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted paper.
Paper presentation will be either oral or poster presentation. This choice will be made by the Technical Program Committee.
Furthermore, the accepted papers will be published as part of the Technical Digest, complete with ISBN reference number and available to all conference delegates.
Papers for which authors execute the optional IEEE copyright agreement and which are presented at this URSI AP-RASC 2016 will be submitted for posting to IEEE Xplore.
The conference will have invited and contributory papers. The invited papers will be presented during oral sessions whereas all the contributory papers will be presented during oral sessions or interactive sessions using posters. Accepted papers presented at the conference will be submitted for inclusion in the conference proceedings as well as in IEEE Xplore.

Paper Submission  
All papers must be submitted on-line using the link below. Submissions by emails and other means will not be accepted. All invited / regular submission papers must be registered via the URSI AP-RASC 2016 on-line paper submission system.
Step 1 Create your ID and password.
Step 2 Submit your paper in converted PDF File via on-line paper submission with your ID & Password no later than April 5, 2016.
Step 3 After your paper submission, you will receive the confirmation letter from the URSI AP-RASC 2016 Secretariat including your paper number and the other specific information by e-mail. If you do not receive it within a week after your paper submission, please feel free to contact us (secretariat@aprasc2016.org) .

Using PDF eXpress for the posting to IEEE Xplore  
* If you would like to publish your paper on IEEE Xplore, please using pdf express for compatible pdf file for your submission.
We will only accept your paper as an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF. Use PDF eXpress to either certify your PDF as compatible or to create a compatible PDF. Enter 37477X for the Conference ID when you login in the IEEE PDF eXpress site.

Whether you use it to create or successfully check a PDF, PDF eXpress will return a PDF with a certification. This certification can be viewed by opening the PDF in a reader, and viewing the file properties from the File menu. If you use PDFeXpress to create the PDF - do check that it appears as you expect, and in particular special symbols and equations appear.
Copyright Transfer Form  
Authors are required to submit the copyright transfer forms for IEEE. IEEE will own the copyright and the copyright form of paper which is submitted for URSI AP-RASC 2016.

INVITED SPEAKERS  
The invited speakers have the option of submitting a formal 2-4 page paper in IEEE format, and the invited speakers will undergo the peer review process. Only the 2-4 page papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
